Go Bananas!- Banana facial mask

For many years banana known as a facial skin care fruit. The mask is for normal and dry skin, nourishes the skin and provides moisture, elasticity and smoothness. Preparation: Mash a quarter of very ripe banana, tablespoon sour cream and a spoon of honey. Mix all ingredients together, spread on the skin and leave for 10-15 minutes. Rinse well with warm water.

Garlic Oil helps when suffering from ear infection
