Why Maca?

Maca root was traditionally used by the indigenous peoples of the Andes mountains for its healing properties. INGREDIENTS
  • 1 tablespoon  Maca Root Powder
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional
  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves tightly packed (or mint essential oil)
  • 1 cup water or dairy-free milk, or mint tea
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Combine everything in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add more water or milk if necessary to keep the blender moving.
