The perennial arnica grows from 0.3 to 0.6 m. Oval-shaped, opposite leaves form a basal rosette close to the soil surface. Arnica has bright yellow, daisy-like flowers that, when dried, are the primary parts used. However, the roots and rhizomes are also utilized. Arnica is native to the mountainous regions of Europe and southern Russia.
Arnica for self use can be in form of an oil or globules (tiny balls) .
How do you use it?
In cases of “simple” injuries and falls Arnica should be given as much as possible directly after the time of the event – 3 globules (tiny balls) under the tongue once or twice
