The list is long….here is another hazard chemical in traditional cosmetics to look out from!

Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives:

Names: DMDM hydantoin, diazolidinyl urea, imidazolidinyl urea, methenamine, quaternium-15, and sodium hydroxymethylglycinate.

These formaldehyde-releasing agents are used as preservatives in a wide range of cosmetics, They are a concern because they slowly and continuously release small amounts of formaldehyde which can irritate skin and eyes and trigger allergies at low doses and  is classifies as a known human carcinogen.

Always read the ingredients list on your products, you are putting them on your skin.
