I was born and raised in Israel and relocated to The Netherlands as a dancer in 2004. Before moving abroad, I was always interested in health through dance and fitness and I was studying various personal and group training techniques including Pilates, Spinning, Body shape, Gyrokinesis…… ……….. . I was always drowned to the world of body and movement, practicing myself the art of dancing for many years. From the world of dancing the link for body health was more then natural and opened for me an easy access to discover the true ways to keeping fit.
I have had the chance to work at the most prestigious fitness places in Israel and the Netherlands, taking the best practices from both worlds.After adjusting to life in Holland, I have decided to continue and use my knowledge accumulated to offer wide range of individuals who seek to develop their health and fitness….As a group classes teacher I teach Pilates, spinning and Body shape**.

I work with men and women of all age groups and fitness ability levels on a one-to-one basis. You also have the option to train with a friend or partner, in which case you can enjoy the added support of a buddy as well as lower rates.
As your personal trainer I will motivate and encourage you while adapting fitness routines to meet your individual needs, constantly striving to make your workout enjoyable.
After an initial, in-depth assessment interview I will provide you with:
- a customized and personalized exercise plan including strength training and aerobic exercise.
- mutually set realistic and achievable goals.
- goal oriented and long-term nutritional counseling, if requested.
- ongoing monitoring and updating of your personal exercise program ensuring you reach your targets, feel confident and look great.
