Tea and honey face pack

Tea and honey face pack

The tea and honey face pack -A mask for  a fairer and even skin tone.

I put together a three ingredient mask that helps treat and prevent blemishes as well as premature signs of aging. Using this tea and honey face pack If you love the aroma of tea . You can use tea water for bath and soak in its fragrance. Also you can put tea water in a spray bottle and gently spray it on your face to feel rejuvenated. You can use normal black tea, green tea or herbal teas like chamomile, mint and lavender.

*Polyphenols and tannins in black tea accelerate skin regeneration, prevent pimples, and soothes irritated skin. The caffeine in tea also helps with puffiness under the eyes.

*Honey is naturally antibacterial, so it does wonders for acne treatment and prevention. If you’re finding a face mask to treat acne specifically, a good ingredient to look for is honey. It’s also packed full of antioxidants which will slow down signs of aging. As if that weren’t enough, it’s extremely moisturizing and soothing, so it gives you a healthy glow!

Before putting masks i always advise to clean your face with  a cleanser and a gentle peeling. that way the mask can go better into your skin!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooled herbal tea water
  • 2 spoons of rice flour
  • ½ a spoon of honey

The rice flour acts as a very good scrub and honey moisturizes the skin.

Method:

  • Mix the above ingredients and apply on the skin. Leave it on till the mask dries completely for around 20 minutes or more.
  • Before cleaning the mask with water, make sure you massage the facial skin in circular motions; this is very important as it removes the dead skin and evens out the skin tone.
  •  wash your face with cold water .

About the Author:

Pure natural cosmetics is not just a name, for me and many others it became a way of life!

All my life I had an affinity to healthy life style. As a dancer and a trainer, i was always looking for the good combination of healthy food and healthy movement.

In time I learned that its not only what you eat that matters. Also what you use as cosmetics or medical products is important.

The skin is the biggest organ in our body. About 60% of what we put on our skin gets into the blood system and with that to the inner organs.

I invest my heart and soul into “Pure natural cosmetics” and the best part is to hear the amazing comments from my client.
