Healthy Valentine’s Day Smoothie

start the day off with a nice, healthy Valentine’s Day smoothie.

Strewberry banana smoothie

Ingredients

5-6 large, fresh strawberries
1 banana, medium sized
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1/2 cup ice

Very berry smoothie

Ingredients

3-4 large, fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1/2 cup ice

Tropical smoothie

Ingredients

1 fresh mango or 4 slices of frozen mango
2 large, fresh or frozen papaya slices
1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple, diced
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon flax seeds
1/2 cup ice

Directions for all smoothie recipes

Combine all ingredients in a blender, mix well and serve cold.
