Hearty and flavorful, this filling vegan blueberry oatmeal smoothie has more than 20% of your daily recommended fibers.

1   cup unsweetened almond milk

 12   banana

 14   cup rolled oats, dry

2   tbsp raw almonds

 12   tsp ,maple (optional)

1   cup frozen blueberries

Mix All ingredients in a blender and serve!
