Everybody know that eating more fruits and vegetables will benefit our healthy diet but some fruits and vegetables contains a lot of pesticides (Toxic) and are better to be eaten from organic source.
What are Pesticides?
Pesticides are toxics. they are created expressly to kill living organisms- insects, plants and fungi that are consider “pests”. Many of them post health dangers to people. These risks have been established by independent research scientists and physicians across the world.

- Kale/Collard greens
These are the 15 “Clean” fruits and vegetables
(which are safe to eat non-organic), if you eat 5 of these a day , you will consume fewer then 2 pesticed a day.
- Sweet Corn (but! sweet corn can be geneticly engineered…)
- Sweet peas
- Domestic cantaloupe
- Sweet potatoes
So keep eating fruits & veggies every day but try to go for at least 5 of the “dirty” list from organic source.
