  • Ingredients:
  • 1 banana, cut in small pieces
  • 1/2 cup (70 grams) raspberries
  • 1/2 cup (70 grams) strawberries
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) yoghurt/almonds milk
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons honey or maple
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons acai powder or maqui powder
  • Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes
