Delicious and packed full of antioxidants and protein, this smoothie is great for children !
- 1 banana, cut in small pieces
- 1/2 cup (70 grams) raspberries
- 1/2 cup (70 grams) strawberries
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) yoghurt/almonds milk
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 – 2 tablespoons honey or maple
- 1 – 2 teaspoons acai powder or maqui powder
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes
