Your skin and body are crying for hydration boost?

You are not alone, hydration is the hot topic now….and you can top up your hydration game easily in 3 steps:

A glowy healthy skin starts with a hydrated skin. Every day I’m doing my very best to boost hydration from the inside as well as from the outside. Is your face skin feeling dry? Won’t even your blush and highlighter even not seal the deal anymore?

As more than half of our human body is comprised of water and our skin is the largest organ, there’s no doubt that water is essential to our survival and a key component of the skin. We all want our skin to look healthy and young, with a beautiful glow and therefore it’s required to be kept hydrated – daily. Because did you know that:
– in a 45 minute workout, your skin loses almost a liter of water?
– in eight hours at the office, or during a 7-hour flight (or longer!), your body loses nearly half a liter water?

To keep the face area hydrated for a glowy healthy skin, there are a couple of must-do simple tricks that I have experienced as life-changing. I’m really focused on my skin hydration, Nowadays I’m still very strict on my facial cleansing routine

1. Up your daily dose of H2O
Make yourself an hourly reminder to drink water!  The easiest way to hydrate your skin is to keep your body hydrated from the inside.

it is the most accessible beauty saviour for dehydrated skin. And you will notice the change yourself when you start topping up your water drinking.

Not a fan of water? add cucumbers, fruits , leaves etc, for some fun recipes look here

Wanna check the dryness of your skin? Scratch a small area on your leg or arm with your fingernail. If it leaves a white mark, your skin is in desperate need of hydration.

2. Moisturize daily and supercharge on hydration!

Sounds simple but so many people are skipping it (!).

Moisturizing daily is essential for soft, glowy, supple skin. There are some special moments when you just need to supercharge your skin and double up on hydration.

When you keep your facials routine every 6-8 weeks,  your daily job is to apply your moisturizer, day & night!

The new Hydration Boost Face Cream is my seasonal favorite:)

3. Load up on Omega 3 & indulge in watery foods
Believe it or not, but dry foods may lead to dry skin. Just like H2O, I try to indulge in foods that contain mostly water and can be just as hydrating from the inside of my body as H2O. Think about fruits and veggies like: watermelon, cucumber, berries, apples and celery. And don’t forget to add some omega 3 fats to your daily diet, because it will keep cells water tight and thus well hydrated. Plus try to limit your salt intake.
