Perfect for the holiday season, gingerbread vegan ice cream
The holiday season is coming and if you are busy with looking for gifts and special treats, here id a delicious vegan treat, super easy to make.
I always have frozen bananas in my freezer after discovering how easy it is to make an ice cream out of it! And so delicious!
The base is bananas and then we add anything we like frozen fruits, nuts, cocoa etc. You can simply do it in your blender.
Here is a recipe specially for this holiday season
vegan Gingerbread ice cream
3 bananas, frozen
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla cloves
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Make sure you freeze the bananas already in small pieces (easier to blend) and let it sit for 10 minutes before blending it with the rest of the ingredients.
