Avocado ice cream like smoothie

when we still want to keep our clean eating and high energy level and try new things, then here is something for you!

Eating healthy fats is essential to having balanced hormones, healthy skin, shiny hair and adrenal energy.

This delicious, easy to make avocado ice cream smoothie is really amazing and all family favorite!

Ingredients

Serves
2-3

1 avocado
1/3 cup  raw cashew
1-2 tsp. vanilla extract or vanilla bean powder
1/3 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
5 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
1.5 cups almond, coconut or hemp milk

Blend on high in your blender until smooth.

As a smoothie- drink and enjoy right away.

As an ice cream- place in your freezer for an hour or two before eating.
