Sometimes the restless night of sleep, late night out, or early morning wake up call is evident on our face. When we sleep our skin goes into repair mode and when we shorten those hours of rest, we are shortening the time our body gets to rebalance itself. Beauty recipes like overnight masks have a better chance of making a difference on tired, dull or over stressed skin and hair.
