Ingredients

  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1/3 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix granola, peanut butter, honey, and cereal in a bowl. Pour coconut on parchment paper.
  2. Drop spoon full of peanut butter mixture onto coconut, and roll into a ball, using the coconut to prevent it from sticking to your hands.
