These no-bake snow balls are a delicious and healthy alternative that can give kids the energy they need !
Ingredients
- 1 cup granola
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1/3 cup coconut
Instructions
- Mix granola, peanut butter, honey, and cereal in a bowl. Pour coconut on parchment paper.
- Drop spoon full of peanut butter mixture onto coconut, and roll into a ball, using the coconut to prevent it from sticking to your hands.
